PROJECT:      PWP 23-01; Road Stabilization, 2023

ENGINEER:  Columbia County Public Works Department

Sealed bids for the above-mentioned project will be received by the Columbia County Public Works Office at P.O. Box 5, 415 N. Guernsey Ave., Dayton, Washington 99328, until 8:45 am on Monday, April 3, 2023. Bids delivered in person will be received only at the reception desk of said office.

The bids will be opened and publicly read at the Columbia Board of Commissioners Meeting at 311 E Main Street, Dayton, WA 99328, shortly after 9:00 AM on Monday, April 3, 2023. Bids must be completed in accordance with the Contract Provisions. Bids are to be submitted in sealed envelopes plainly marked with the project name.

This contract provides for the supply and application of Magnesium Chloride to County Roads for 2023.

Bid Packets/Documents must be obtained from the Columbia County Public Works Department at the address listed above, by calling (509) 382-2534, or from the County’s website at http://columbiaco.com/.

The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or minor defects, and to reject any or all bids.  

No bidder may withdraw his bid within thirty (30) days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
