Notice is hereby given that a public hearing has been established for Monday, April 12th, 2021 at 9:00 AM in the Commissioner’s office at 311 E. Main, Dayton, WA to hear comments on a proposed ordinance for controlled substance possession. Copies of the proposed ordinance will be available for inspection at the Commissioner’s office during regular business hours.
Final approval is pending this hearing.
