NOTICE OF DETERMINATION OF NON-SIGNIFICANCE
The Columbia County Public Works Department issued a determination of non-significance (DNS) under the State Environmental Policy Act Rules (Chapter 197-11 WAC) for the following project:
Removal of approximately 7,850 square foot wooden grandstand. Removal will be by demolition. The project site is located at the Columbia County Fairgrounds in Dayton, Washington.
After review of a completed environmental checklist and other information on file with the agency, Columbia County Public Works has determined this proposal will not have a probable significant impact on the environment.
Copies of the DNS are available at no charge from the Columbia County Public Works Department at 415 N. Guernsey Ave. or PO Box 5 Dayton, Washington 99328. The public is invited to comment on this DNS by submitting written comments no later than August 17, 2016 to William Andrew Woods, P.E. Columbia County Engineer/Public Works Director at the address listed above for the Columbia County Public Works Department.
