1. How do I check on my court date?

2. Is there child care available at the courthouse?

Child care is not available at the court house. The Superior and District Court’s require decorum and non-disruptive behavior at all times while court is in session.

6. How do I report abuse of a child?

Call (800) 562-5624 (Children or Families at Risk) and you will be directed to the appropriate office.
If it is an emergency, you should call 911 for police assistance.

7. Where can I obtain a marriage license?

In Columbia County, you can obtain a marriage license from the County Auditor located on the 2nd floor of the Columbia County Courthouse at 341 W. Main Street, Dayton, WA

8. How do I terminate someone’s parental rights?

Our office does not handle parental termination cases.
