Real Property valuation notices were mailed 10/6/23 for properties that had a change in value. Appeals must be postmarked no later than 30 days from the date of the notice. Before taking the step to appeal a value we would like to encourage you to take the time to come speak with us first so we may have the opportunity to address your concerns.
The Assessor's office values properties each year and physically inspects 1/6th of the county every year. We are currently in revaluation cycle 5. This area ranges from the Tucannon to the East side of the North Touchet road. The pink area on the map is our current inspection cycle.
We inspect new construction countywide yearly and do this during the summer.
